Job Description
World University Service of Canada is seeking a Senior Regional Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) to oversee the MERL strategic response. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing the MERL system, establishing quality standards, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in MERL.
