Job Description
We are seeking a rewards and organization development specialist to implement and monitor rewards and organization development strategies. The role ensures alignment with the organization's strategic plan, P&C strategy, workforce priorities, and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in rewards and organization development, human resources, and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in rewards and organization development, human resources, or related field
- • Strong knowledge of reward policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
