Job Description
We are seeking a UCS watchstander/DDC technician to monitor system performance, respond to alarms, and ensure reliable operation of utility systems. The role performs routine system checks, documents system status, and escalates abnormal conditions to maintenance or engineering personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility monitoring, building automation systems, and technical support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or related field
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in utility monitoring, building automation systems, or technical support
- • Strong knowledge of utility systems and technical support principles
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
