Job Description
We are seeking a monitoring, evaluation, results, and learning (MERL) officer to support the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, results measurement, data management, project management, and organizational learning systems. The role combines data analytics, project management, impact measurement, and high-quality technical writing. The ideal candidate will have experience in MERL, project management, and data analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in MERL, Project Management, or related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in MERL, project management, or data analysis
- • Strong knowledge of MERL principles and practices
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
