Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the sale of apartments in Nairobi's hottest neighborhoods and marketing residential plots in Konza, Mombasa Road. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- • Strong negotiation and closing skills
