Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boiler Shift in Charge to join our team in Thika. The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in boiler operations.

- • Supervise safe and efficient operation of boilers, generators, and auxiliary equipment
- • Lead and supervise boiler operators and coordinate shift activities
- • Monitor steam and power generation, unit start-ups, and shutdowns
