Job Description
We are looking for a head of programmes to join our team at Kenya Society for the Blind. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management and be able to lead the programmes team to achieve the organization's strategic plan. The role will involve managing effective resource mobilization, prioritization, and allocation, as well as working with partners and stakeholders to foster long-term relationships. Qualifications & Requirements
- • A degree in Project Management or a related field
- • At least 15 years of experience in programme management
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills
- • Ability to work well in a team environment
