Job Description
Strathmore School is seeking an experienced Sports Teacher to deliver sports-related learning within the CBE curriculum, coach school teams, and support the Sports Department. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sports and a commitment to the holistic development of young athletes and learners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum of C+ at O-Level (KCSE or equivalent)
- • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education with Sports as a teaching subject
- • At least 3 years of teaching experience
- • Valid TSC (Teachers Service Commission) registration
- • Certificate of good conduct
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Deliver curricular activities in sports-related learning areas within the CBE curriculum
- • Coach school teams in at least two sports
- • Support the Sports Department in delivering the school's overall sports programme
- • Oversee and coordinate the training and participation of school teams in internal and external competitions
