Job Description
The Branch Leader drives business growth for Tugende by overseeing all branch operations, sales, and customer relations across multiple locations. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, revenue generation, and ensuring compliance with inventory and audit procedures. Leadership includes coaching staff, managing marketing initiatives and maintaining strong community partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
- • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
- • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

- • Direct oversight of all branch operational activities, including sales, customer relations and administration
- • Drive profitability and portfolio expansion through strategic planning and execution
- • Manage company resources and inventory with meticulous record‑keeping and routine audits
- • Lead revenue generation by allocating tasks, generating leads and converting them into sales
- • Implement marketing initiatives to promote Tugende products and services
