Job Description
The Driver III is responsible for operating authorized vehicles safely while ensuring they remain in optimal condition. Routine inspections of cooling, oil, electrical, brake systems and tyre pressure are performed and any faults are reported promptly. The role also includes maintaining work tickets, securing passengers and goods, and keeping the vehicle clean. Strong adherence to safety protocols and a valid driving licence are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent
- • Valid driving licence for the required vehicle class without endorsements
- • Completion of a First‑Aid certificate course (minimum one week) from St. John Ambulance or Kenya Institute
