Job Description
The Salesperson drives revenue by delivering excellent customer service, identifying client needs, and promoting the company’s products to achieve sales targets. Duties include presenting product features, providing accurate pricing information, and managing inventory records. Strong communication and a results‑oriented mindset are essential. Candidates should have at least one year of retail sales experience and relevant educational qualifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, or equivalent secondary qualifications (KCSE, FSLC)
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role
- • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- • Good understanding of sales processes and inventory management
- • Basic numeracy and computer literacy

- • Provide courteous and professional customer service to all shoppers
- • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- • Present product features, pricing, and after‑sales services accurately
- • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue goals
- • Maintain inventory records, perform stock checks, and assist with merchandising
- • Perform basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and cash handling
- • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers
- • Adapt to fast‑paced environments and flexible shift schedules
