Job Description
The Shop Manager oversees daily operations of the Generations Techzone store, driving sales of mobile phones and accessories while ensuring excellent customer service and proper inventory control.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Business, Retail Management or a related field

Responsibilities
- • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for phones and accessories
- • Supervise sales attendants and support staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
- • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and resolve customer complaints promptly
- • Manage stock receipt, verification, storage, display and regular inventory counts
- • Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies
- • Maintain a clean, organized and brand‑consistent store environment
- • Operate POS systems, handle cash and process transactions accurately
