Job Description
The Programme Specialist – Financing for Environment provides technical advisory support to climate‑finance projects, helping design and implement financing mechanisms that enable sustainable environmental outcomes. The role contributes to portfolio growth by developing proposals, engaging partners, and monitoring project performance across the Pacific I2I initiative.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Finance, Environmental Economics, Development Studies or a related discipline
- • Experience in climate‑finance or environmental project advisory
- • Strong analytical and report‑writing skills
