Job Description
The Assistant Technical Machine Operator ensures smooth operation of the packaging line, meeting production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and GMP standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year experience operating machinery or on a packaging line
- • Knowledge of GMP standards and quality‑control procedures
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Achieve daily production targets, maintaining at least 85 % of planned volume
- • Conduct physical line handover and complete documentation for shift continuity
- • Begin packing operations promptly after the required break period
- • Perform and record check‑weight verifications at 10‑minute intervals throughout the packing process
- • Ensure product quality, safety, and GMP compliance during line operation
- • Accurately record operational data and report any issues to supervisors
