Job Description
The Head of Retail will lead multiple office‑supplies stores, overseeing daily operations, inventory and merchandising while driving sales growth. They will develop and execute retail strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets and identify opportunities for new store openings. Managing store managers and retail teams across locations, they will monitor performance metrics and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field
- • Ten to fifteen years of retail operations experience, including three to five years in a leadership role
- • Strong analytical, customer‑service and team‑leadership abilities
- • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
