Job Description
The Programme Manager will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of development projects, ensuring alignment with World Vision’s objectives and donor requirements. They will coordinate with partners, manage budgets and supervise field staff to achieve measurable impact. Reporting on progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders is a core responsibility. The role demands strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience managing development programmes
- • Proven leadership and team‑management abilities
- • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
- • Ability to work in multicultural environments and adhere to donor compliance
