Job Description
TeleSales Agents will work remotely to generate sales for Nutrawell Africa Limited by contacting leads, presenting products, and converting prospects into customers. The position requires meeting daily and monthly targets while maintaining accurate records and delivering professional customer service. Agents must be fluent in English and Kiswahili and operate independently from a home office.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or higher (First School Leaving Certificate, KCSE, MBA/MSc/MA acceptable)
- • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or call‑centre environments
- • Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
