Job Description
The Investment Support Associate will assist entrepreneurs in Dadaab with loan applications, conduct due diligence, and help manage the investment portfolio. The role involves preparing investment documents, coordinating with business development teams, and ensuring compliance with investment policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • At least two years of experience in investment, micro‑finance, or related sectors
- • Strong analytical and documentation skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Compile and maintain investment pipelines and respond to borrower inquiries
- • Explain investment product terms and repayment requirements to entrepreneurs
- • Conduct investment appraisals, collect detailed business information, and open investment accounts
- • Prepare investment contracts and monitor disbursement conditions
- • Perform due‑diligence site visits and coordinate with business development advisors
- • Prepare credit reports for Investment Committee meetings
- • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and track performance
