Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent will market and sell telecommunications products and services to customers in Homa Bay, managing inventory, cash handling and providing technical support for data devices. The role focuses on achieving sales targets for airtime, acquisitions and devices while delivering excellent customer experience. Candidates must be self‑motivated and able to work under finance and retail controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the telecommunications sector
- • Strong marketing skills and product knowledge
- • Ability to upsell and cross‑sell solutions
- • Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building abilities
- • Good networking, influencing and negotiation skills
