Job Description
The Group Systems Manager oversees the operation, administration, and user support of ERPNext and related enterprise applications. The role identifies improvement opportunities, redesigns processes, and collaborates with finance directors to enhance operational efficiency across multiple sites.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND (Bachelor's Degree) in a relevant discipline
- • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems administration, preferably with ERPNext
- • Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities
- • Strong analytical and reporting skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage day‑to‑day operation and administration of ERPNext and other enterprise systems
- • Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks
- • Develop and maintain a roadmap for system enhancements and new functionalities
- • Redesign business processes in partnership with owners before digitization
- • Prototype, pilot, and scale process improvements across countries and functions
- • Establish and manage issue, service‑request, and change‑request procedures
- • Partner with Kenya and Rwanda Finance Directors to translate requirements into system solutions
- • Provide training, support, and reporting to end‑users
