Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Engineering or related discipline
- • Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience in engineering and maintenance

Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement a maintenance strategy that balances scheduled, condition‑based, and corrective work
- • Determine asset criticality and set appropriate maintenance approaches
- • Analyse recurring failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement lasting corrections
- • Set reliability targets by asset class and monitor performance
- • Maintain a rolling preventive maintenance programme across all trades
- • Operate a work‑order system from request through close‑out, prioritising and assigning tasks
- • Collaborate with ERP personnel to build and maintain a complete asset register in ERPNext
- • Evaluate repair versus replacement decisions based on cumulative costs
- • Allocate capacity for breakdown response while keeping the preventive schedule on track
