Job Description
The Chief Accountant at Four Points by Sheraton will oversee all accounting functions for the hotel, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS, and effective cash‑flow management. The role includes supervising the accounting team and coordinating external audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry
- • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including journal entries and reconciliations
- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development
- • Oversee cash‑flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis
- • Coordinate internal and external audit processes and implement recommendations
- • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate governance standards
