Job Description
The Dispatch Specialist will coordinate daily dispatch operations for Twyford Tile, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule. Responsibilities include verifying documentation, collaborating with warehouse staff, and maintaining clear communication with sales and logistics teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent qualification
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse operations, or logistics
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- • High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely order processing
- • Verify sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and picking lists for accuracy
- • Work with warehouse personnel to confirm correct product quantities are picked and loaded
- • Communicate dispatch status with sales and logistics teams
- • Resolve documentation discrepancies and address operational issues promptly
- • Maintain dispatch records and generate performance reports
