Job Description
The pupillage programme offers recent law graduates practical exposure to debt recovery and portfolio management. Participants will assist senior solicitors with legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings. The role involves direct client interaction across corporate, financial institution and SME sectors. Successful candidates will build core litigation skills while supporting the firm’s commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field
- • Admission to the bar or eligible for admission
- • Strong analytical and written communication skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- • High level of professionalism and client service orientation
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior lawyers
- • Draft pleadings, contracts and other legal documents
- • Attend court hearings and support solicitors during proceedings
- • Liaise with corporate, financial and SME clients on debt recovery matters
- • Assist in managing case files and maintaining accurate records
