Job Description
The Actuarial Analyst will support APA Life Assurance by performing actuarial calculations, modelling insurance risks and preparing financial reports to aid product development and pricing.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline
- • Progress in professional actuarial exams (e.g., IFoA, SOA) preferred
- • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Responsibilities
- • Perform actuarial valuations and reserve calculations for life insurance products
- • Develop and maintain mortality, lapse and expense models
- • Analyse data to support pricing and product design decisions
- • Prepare technical reports and present findings to underwriting teams
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory actuarial standards
