Job Description
The Assistant Sector Head will support the development and delivery of credit products for corporate and SME clients at Progressive Credit. The role involves market analysis, risk assessment, and managing client relationships to grow the loan portfolio. Coordination with senior management and compliance teams ensures products meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis, loan underwriting, or portfolio management
- • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- • Knowledge of the Kenyan credit market and regulatory environment
