Job Description
The Associate Business Advisor works with smallholder farmers and micro‑entrepreneurs to improve their commercial performance. They conduct market assessments, develop business plans, and provide hands‑on training to strengthen operational efficiency. The role aims to foster sustainable income growth and contribute to poverty reduction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics or a related discipline
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently in rural settings
