The Battery Swapping Executive ensures efficient charging and swapping of electric vehicle batteries at designated stations while delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include completing swaps within two minutes, reporting issues, and maintaining accurate daily logs. The role also involves monitoring battery demand, conducting quality checks, and assisting customers with the mobile app.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • KCSE or vocational technical training in a related field
- • Prior experience in a customer‑service role is preferred
- • Basic understanding of electric‑vehicle charging systems
- • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide prompt customer service at the swapping station, completing battery swaps within two minutes
- • Report customer escalations and station issues to the supervisor promptly
- • Submit daily attendance, power consumption, and shift summary reports
- • Monitor battery usage trends and report required inventory levels
- • Perform daily quality inspections of the station and equipment
- • Assist customers with the swapping app and offer technical support
- • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management
