Job Description
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the paint and cement retail outlet, driving sales performance and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience as a branch or store manager in paint, cement or construction materials
- • Strong leadership and people management skills
- • Ability to achieve sales targets
- • Knowledge of inventory control and merchandising
- • Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
- • Minimum secondary education
