Job Description
The Branch Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the Utawala branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with corporate policies. Responsibilities include leading staff, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role reports to senior management and contributes to the overall performance of Baron Capital.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
