Job Description
The Business Development Manager – Bancassurance will drive partnership growth between CIC Insurance and banking institutions, expanding distribution of insurance products through bank channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in business, finance or related field
- • Demonstrated experience in bancassurance or insurance sales
- • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities
- • Excellent communication and analytical skills
