Job Description
The Chief Program Officer will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of health‑focused programs that empower community health entrepreneurs across Kenya. This senior role sets strategic direction, manages cross‑functional teams, and ensures program impact aligns with Living Goods’ mission. The officer also cultivates partnerships, oversees budgeting and reporting, and drives continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Advanced degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in Public Health, International Development, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum 7 years experience leading large‑scale development programs
- • Demonstrated success in partnership development and resource mobilization
- • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills

- • Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning, execution and monitoring of projects
- • Manage program budgets, timelines and performance metrics
- • Build and maintain partnerships with donors, NGOs and government agencies

- • Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the program team
