Job Description
The Civil Society Engagement Manager leads the planning and execution of grassroots initiatives across key regions, fostering partnerships with NGOs and community groups. This role designs and implements engagement strategies that advance campaign objectives and amplify advocacy impact. The manager also monitors progress and reports on outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or related field
- • Minimum 3–5 years experience in civil‑society or advocacy work
- • Proven ability to design and manage community‑based programs
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
