Job Description
The Construction Interior Designer will create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for a variety of EPC projects. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and coordinating material selections with engineering teams. The role works closely with clients to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
- • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar design software
- • Strong understanding of material properties, finishes and construction methods
- • Excellent visualisation, communication and project coordination skills
- • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multidisciplinary environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop interior design concepts and layouts for construction projects
- • Produce detailed drawings, specifications and material schedules using CAD software
- • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and civil engineers to integrate interior solutions
- • Source and specify finishes, furnishings and fixtures within project budgets
- • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved on site
