Job Description
The Coordinator will manage supply‑chain activities for BVD, overseeing procurement, logistics and inventory to ensure timely delivery of goods in line with IFRC standards. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced humanitarian environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- • 2–4 years experience in supply‑chain coordination or procurement, preferably in humanitarian settings.
- • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- • Coordinate procurement, logistics and inventory activities for BVD operations.
- • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
- • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
- • Support distribution planning and monitor shipment schedules.
- • Generate reports on supply‑chain performance and cost efficiency.
- • Ensure compliance with IFRC procurement policies and humanitarian standards.
