Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- • Extensive experience (10+ years) in credit risk management within the banking sector
- • Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities
- • In‑depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- • Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement credit‑risk policies and procedures for wealth and retail banking
- • Monitor the credit portfolio, assess risk concentrations, and enforce risk‑mitigation measures
- • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
- • Lead and mentor the credit‑risk team, setting performance targets and conducting evaluations
- • Conduct regular credit reviews, stress testing, and reporting to senior management
- • Coordinate with business units to balance growth objectives with risk appetite
- • Provide strategic recommendations on credit‑risk matters to the executive board
