Job Description
The Credit Operations Associate supports d.light’s financing initiatives by evaluating credit applications and managing the loan portfolio for customers across Kenya. The role involves conducting credit assessments, monitoring repayment performance, and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies. You will work closely with the finance team to process transactions and provide excellent service to borrowers. Strong analytical skills and a background in finance are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- • Strong analytical and numerical skills
- • Ability to interpret financial statements and credit data
- • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- • Proficiency with MS Excel and credit management software
