The Customer Experience Associate – Yard Operations will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interacting with Peach Cars’ yard services, ensuring smooth order processing and high satisfaction. Duties include handling inquiries, coordinating vehicle logistics, and resolving issues promptly. The associate will work closely with operations and sales teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
