Job Description
The Debt Recovery Manager will lead recovery teams across Nairobi and the Coast, developing technology‑driven strategies to trace, collect and resolve delinquent accounts while meeting recovery targets and reporting performance to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 7–10 years of experience in debt collection, micro‑finance or banking
- • Minimum 3 years of proven management and team‑leadership experience
- • Degree in Microfinance, Banking, Finance or a related field
- • Demonstrated track record of meeting collection targets and leveraging technology for recovery
- • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
