Job Description
The Declarant ensures accurate preparation and submission of customs documentation, coordinates with freight forwarders and authorities, and monitors shipments to maintain compliance with import and export regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- • Experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
- • Proficiency with customs software and Microsoft Office

- • Prepare and submit customs declarations and related paperwork
- • Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues
- • Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
