Job Description
The Demand Planning Lead will head forecasting activities for the Warehouse and Logistics division, supporting M‑KOPA’s expansion and its mission to increase digital and financial inclusion. The role involves analysing consumption patterns, generating accurate demand forecasts and collaborating with supply‑chain functions to align inventory with market needs. By providing data‑driven insights, the lead helps optimise stock levels and improve service delivery across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business analytics or a related discipline

Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term demand forecasts for warehouse and logistics operations
- • Analyse sales, market trends and consumption data to generate accurate predictions
- • Collaborate with procurement, inventory and distribution teams to align supply with forecasted demand
- • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models based on actual performance
- • Produce regular reports and present insights to senior management
