The Director of Data Analytics at Educate! leads the transformation of the performance metrics function into an AI‑native capability and drives the organization’s predictive analytics strategy. The role designs and owns data architecture, engineering, analytics oversight, and data collection processes while collaborating with evaluation, product, implementation, and technology teams.
