Job Description
The Director of Registration and Compliance will lead the development and enforcement of registration standards and compliance frameworks for children’s services. You will ensure the organization adheres to statutory requirements, oversee audit processes, and provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Law, Public Policy, Administration, or a related field
- • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and registration within the public sector
- • Strong understanding of child‑protection legislation and governance
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement registration and compliance policies in line with the Children Act
- • Monitor and audit service providers to ensure statutory compliance
- • Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal teams and external partners
- • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and governing bodies
- • Lead a team responsible for registration processes and compliance monitoring
