Job Description
The EHS Specialist develops and monitors environmental, health and safety programs, conducts risk assessments and training, and ensures compliance with regulations across Kerry’s operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering or a related discipline
- • Relevant experience (3 + years) in EHS management within manufacturing or food‑industry settings
- • Knowledge of Kenyan occupational health and safety regulations
- • Strong analytical, communication and training skills
- • Ability to lead cross‑functional EHS initiatives

- • Develop, implement and monitor environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
- • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- • Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices
- • Investigate incidents, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
- • Keep abreast of local and international EHS regulations and advise management
