Job Description
The Energy Access & Developer Support Fellow will assist developers and project teams in deploying clean‑energy solutions, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration across the global network. The fellow will also contribute to research, documentation and capacity‑building activities that advance the green‑energy mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- • Demonstrated interest in clean‑energy technologies and sustainable development
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and within multicultural teams
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide technical support and guidance to developers implementing renewable‑energy projects
- • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to energy access solutions
- • Contribute to research, documentation and best‑practice guides for the alliance
- • Facilitate knowledge‑sharing workshops and webinars for partner organisations
- • Support monitoring and evaluation of project outcomes and impact metrics
- • Collaborate with cross‑regional teams to align on strategic objectives
