Job Description
Event Ushers at Dencyah Events will provide front‑line support during functions, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and are guided to their seats. Ushers will assist with crowd flow, answer queries, and maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the event. Flexibility and a customer‑service mindset are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- • Ability to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours
- • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor

- • Greet and welcome attendees as they arrive at the venue
- • Manage seating arrangements and direct guests to their assigned areas
- • Assist with crowd control and ensure smooth movement of participants
- • Provide information and answer questions about the event schedule
- • Support event staff with set‑up and tear‑down activities as needed
