The Facilities Executive oversees the maintenance and operational efficiency of BAT’s sites in Kenya. The role ensures that all facilities meet health, safety and regulatory standards while supporting cost‑effective service delivery. Key duties involve managing vendor contracts, supervising preventive maintenance programmes, and coordinating space planning initiatives. The position requires strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- • Proven experience in facilities or property management
- • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- • Strong budgeting and contract‑management abilities
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills
