Job Description
The Field Engineer – Wireline supports oil and gas operations by planning and executing wireline interventions, collecting downhole data, and ensuring equipment reliability. He/she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise well performance while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards. Strong technical expertise in wireline tools and problem‑solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum or Electrical Engineering or related field
- • Proven experience in wireline services within the oil and gas sector
- • Strong understanding of wellbore mechanics and downhole tools
- • Ability to interpret technical schematics and data logs
- • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

- • Plan and execute wireline operations for well intervention and data acquisition
- • Install, calibrate and maintain wireline equipment on site
