Job Description
The Field Recovery Agent for 4G Capital is responsible for locating and engaging borrowers with delinquent unsecured loans to secure repayment. The role conducts field visits, negotiates repayment plans, and updates collection records while adhering to ethical credit practices. Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or equivalent with a focus on finance or business administration.
- • 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, credit control, or field sales.
- • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory.
- • Familiarity with basic financial concepts and loan documentation.

- • Identify and contact borrowers with overdue loan balances.
- • Conduct field visits to assess borrower circumstances and negotiate repayment terms.
- • Record all collection activities and update the loan management system.
- • Collaborate with the credit team to resolve disputes and mitigate risk.
