Job Description
Promotes and sells dental equipment and consumables to clinics and hospitals across Kenya, building strong relationships with dental professionals. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a relevant degree and at least three years of sales experience in the dental or medical supplies sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental or medical supplies industry
- • Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products
- • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

- • Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments and consumables to clinics, hospitals and healthcare facilities
- • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals and industry events
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision‑makers
- • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
- • Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends
- • Collaborate with logistics, technical and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and service excellence
- • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market insights
